What is the difference between a custom builder and a production builder?
A custom builder can make changes and modifications to homes that a production build can’t (or won’t) do. A production builder specializes in building the same floor plans in the same way allowing very few changes to be made along the way. Once the building process has started a production builder will not let you make changes without a penalty. A custom builder will offer you a unique home that is personalized just for you.
