What is the difference between a Shared Apartment and a Furnished Apartment?
A Shared Apartment is shared between the guest and the host (owner or permanent occupant of the apartment). There may also be other guests or family members or friends of the host staying in the apartment. With a Furnished Apartment, there is no one else in the apartment except for the guest. The apartment is not shared with anyone else, not even a host.
