Articles of Association-The Articles of Association is the founding document of an entity. It is similar to articles of incorporation, but more commonly used to refer to the founding document of a non-profit organization. Bylaws-Bylaws are rules and regulations adopted by an organization for its internal governance. Bylaws detail the responsibilities, rights, and duties of directors and officers. At the organization’s initial meeting, the bylaws are adopted.
