What is the difference between blood and urine test in terms of drug testing?
Most of the P.E.D’s can be traced by urine sample such as EPO. In fact EPO is traced by urine not Thorughly by blood. If both blood and urine is used after the fight, it is almost impossible to beat the system but regardless anything can happen. I think people often exaggerate about the usage of steroids. It doesnt make you super human just because you are on it. Us fans even if we take steroids, these pros will still beat the heck out of us. Ricardo Mayorga, Shane Mosley, and Fernando Vargas did not display a super human strenght and when they use steroids. talent, heart, courage, discipline, commitment and skill is what makes you a great boxer. To me those are more important elements to achieve a boxing success than steroids. Marion Jones passed the Olympic Drug Testing even thought she was on steroids. Her blood was unable to detect EPO.
