What is the difference between charterd and scheduled flights?
Scheduled flights are… scheduled. They are going to fly from A to B every day, or every Tuesday, or whatever. They are available to anyone, to buy one or more seats. Chartered flights are not regularly scheduled. Someone arranges with an airline to fly from X to Y at this time on that date, and pays for the whole plane. (They may then, in turn, sell off individual seats to others, but they are under no obligation – other han needing the money!
