What is the difference between co-browse and the URL share capabilities within application share?

A. URL share synchronizes the RTAS user’s browser with the VIP user’s browser. Co-browse capabilities within Application Share actually share one browser between the two participants. This enables broader functionality such as showing the VIP user information in a password-protected area on a web site. URL share can only synchronize when the URL address for the page changes. Many ASP sites do not change this address line when pages change so URL share would only allow the person with the browser on their computer to see the page. Co-browse would allow both participants to see these pages since you are actually sharing the application (the browser) between you. URL share is faster than co-browse IF you just want to show a basic web page or two to your VIP user.

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
