What is the difference between delivery time, processing time and shipping time?
The delivery time gives you an estimation of when you will receive your orders. It starts from the moment you complete the order and finishes when the order has reached the shipping address you provide. The delivery time consists of the processing time plus the shipping time: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. The expected delivery, processing and shipping times are all listed on the checkout-pages. Click here for some estimates. The processing time is required to pick and pack your order. For print on demand books, the processing time also includes the printing and production time of your books. After processing, we ship your order to the shipping address you provide on the checkout-pages. The shipping time depends on your location. Please keep in mind that the listed delivery time is only an estimation – we do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in time, but we cannot be made responsible for any delays.
