What is the difference between FindMe and FollowMe and how do they work?
FindMe and FollowMe are advanced call routing features that enable your callers to connect with your directly through your toll-free 800-Works number. The major difference between FindMe and FollowMe is that FindMe is a multi-number locater service and FollowMe is a single-number call forwarding service. Both the FindMe and FollowMe features are included with your 800-Works service, but are metered through the use of Airtime Minutes. Whenever an outbound call is placed to locate you, through either FindMe or FollowMe, those minutes are deducted in addition to the minutes used by the inbound call to your 800-Works number from your caller.
