With our natural oils remaining in the product, our customers get a soap that cleans and a condition agent as well which over time will save them money on buying lotions. The milling process is when soap goes through a machine and gets cut up into tiny flakes. Then they go through a rolling process, extracting the moisture (glycerin) from the bar of soap. Then they press and mold the flakes into a bar, providing you, the consumer, with a bar of almost pure soap. The other situation is that when they extract the moisture (glycerin), and make lotions.
