What is the difference between Nintendo Points, Wii Points and Nintendo DSi Points?
Nintendo Points can be purchased at retailers or you can swap your Club Nintendo Stars for them right here in the Nintendo Points Card Shop. These Nintendo Points can then be redeemed either in the Wii Shop Channel on your Wii console or in the Nintendo DSi Shop on your Nintendo DSi system. When you redeem Nintendo Points in the Wii Shop Channel they are registered as Wii Points on your Wii Shop Channel account. You can use these Wii Points to purchase software from the Wii Shop Channel, such as Virtual Console games or WiiWare games. When you redeem Nintendo Points in the Nintendo DSi Shop they are registered as Nintendo DSi Points on your Nintendo DSi Shop account. You can use these Nintendo DSi Points to purchase software from the Nintendo DSi Shop, such as Nintendo DSiWare games or applications.
