The Oracle8i ISV Development Kit is for now a 8.0.x solution. Software Packager/ Universal Installer are a solution for Oracle8i and beyond. In future releases, as the Kit will include Oracle8i solutions, OSP/OUI will be part of the ISVs Development Kit along with the rest of the APIs provided.
