The game is exactly the same. The only thing they changed was the games cover. The US version sported a special ops guy over an American flag backdrop, while the UK version had a section of the world map. They probably felt that “terror” would steer people away in the UK rather than draw them to it like in the US. It may have also been an executive decision by the UK branch. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the answer anywhere. Oh! Don’t forget that the games are from different regions and are region locked. You can’t play terror in Uk or Storm in US. Even if you mod the PS2 the display modes different. The UK uses PAL and the US uses NTSC. These refer to the way the TV’s display the received signal. If you try to play a US game on a UK TV (or vice versa) the image is messed up and you will be unable to play. Certain TVs play both signals, but they are rather rare.
