What is the difference between VITAband and other ID bands?
Co founders Jason Brown and David Waxman sought to take the utilitarian ID bracelet to the next level with the VITAband. In the event of a serious emergency, knowing more than just a person’s name can be the difference between life and death. The VITAband links to an online electronic health record called the Emergency Response Profile (ERP). The ERP is created by the user and includes critical information such as emergency contacts, allergies, health conditions etc. It goes one step further, though, with the added feature of a prepaid Contactless Payment card, which fits securely inside the VITAband offering the flexibility and convenience of making purchases with a simple wave of the wrist.
