What is the difference if my car is an automatic or a manual transmission?
Typically, you can use a radiator made for an automatic transmission on a manual car, but not vice versa. This is because automatic transmission typically use the engine radiator to cool the transmission as well. There is usually a plug on the bottom of the radiator that connects to the automatic. Do you offer any products to fix a leaking radiator? If your radiator has a leak, we do not recommend to patch the hole, or apply another type of radiator fix. If your radiator has gotten to the point of leaking, fixing it only puts you on borrowed time. We recommend to replace the entire radiator, and this way you can protect your engine from the possibility of overheating. Can I replace my radiator myself? Absolutely. Replacing the radiator can be time consuming, depending on the type of car or truck you have, but it’s not tough. Especially if you have electric fans, all you need to do is unplug everything, drain your radiator coolant, disconnect the radiator hose, and move everything over
