What is the diffrence between chinese and japanese cuisine?
Seriously Chinese cusine is the most diverse and ancient cuisine in the whole world. Even if you studied Chinese cuisine for 10 years you still would not understand all. Japanese essentially copied every element of the Chinese culture from food, language, clothing and ways of thinking. Sushi for example was made by the Chinese hundreds if not thousands of years before th Japanese but then the japs thought it was nice and modified it.
