What is the director’s musical background?
As owner and co-founder of Vivace Voices, Ltd. (a professional entertainment company here in Portland), Tina Paradiso conducts their premier, a cappella holiday ensemble, The Fireside Carolers. Recently Tina completed a short run of Sunday Night at the Bus Stop Cafe Musical Revue for Mt. Hood Repertory Theatre. Other local credits include G Four’s production of Menopause, the Musical at Portland Center for the Performing Arts and a staged-reading of Sylvia at the Old Church for Portland Civic Theatre Guild. In addition, Ms. Paradiso has starred or been featured in numerous regional theater productions, toured nationally in Les Miserables and Fiddler on the Roof, and has sung in concert in Australia, Canada and the West Coast from Southern California to Seattle, Washington. Tina received her Bachelors Degree both in Vocal Performance and in education from CSU at Chico. She holds three credentials in music education and choral directing.
