What is the dissertation?
This is only required in the Doctor of Naturopathy program. The Dissertation is a research paper. It must be a minimum of 45 pages, but no more than 75 pages. It must also be bound before submitting this for grading. We do send guidelines upon enrollment into the ND program. The topic must be related to natural health. We do suggest some topics for you, however, you can choose your own topic. If you choose your own topic, you must submit an outline for approval on the topic you choose. The only way the Dissertation will be waived is by completing the 5 CNHP seminars (Iridology, Nutrition, Body Work, Body Systems, and Practicum). Once all 5 are completed, the Dissertation is waived. We understand students are very anxious to hear the results of the Dissertation. We make every effort to get these graded in a timely fashion. It is not uncommon for the grading process to take a minimum of 12-16 weeks. We thank our students for their patience.
