My husband was stationed in Germany a year ago, and I was allowed to drink whatever and go into any bar/club and I had just turned 18. I don’t remember seeing any 16 year-olds drinking there, but I also know I wasn’t carded anywhere either and I look extremely young. I know for sure you can drink anything when you’re 18, but I’m not sure about 16.
