The ULA is the license document which must be signed by a Senior Partner at the practice. This legally allows the practice to run the DXS software and also details the Privacy Policy for the practice (wherein it is explained that DXS does not pass on practice information to third party companies). The document should be signed and posted back to DXS’ offices in Farnham: Unit 1, Abbey Business Park, Monks Walk, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 8HT.
