The minor is designed for students who want to work with research faculty and learn more about issues confronting education, for students preparing for a teaching career in elementary or secondary education or exploring a career in education, and for students exploring a career in counseling, clinical or school psychology. Students choose to follow one of three tracks: Applied Psychology, Educational Studies, or Teacher Preparation.
