What is the Employee Wellness Program (EWP)?
The EWP is a unique employee assistance service developed through the Quality of Work Life (QWL) program. The EWP is funded jointly through QWL monies negotiated under the District 1199 contract and DMHAS monies. The EWP offers a proactive stress relief option for DMHAS employees. Services are provided by Solutions EAP. Short-term professional and confidential assessment/counseling sessions are available to address your personal concerns. Just about any kind of problem imaginable can be brought to the EWP.
