The Environmental Streamlining process is a cooperative process among the FAA, the City, and 16 Federal and State environmental review agencies to anticipate and avoid surprises and delays through openness, collaboration and planning. It is not rushing through the environmental review process and it does not short-cut any existing environmental requirements.
