Current pricing for DEF centers on ‘niche’ markets which itself drives very low volume usage and premium pricing. Cummins agrees with the predictions that for the trucking industry at large, DEF pricing will be at or below the price of diesel fuel and is forecasted to be in the $2-$3 range.
