The Archive Menu is a historical list of past exclusions. The purpose of the Archive Menu is to allow users to review a past exclusion to: (1) determine if an individual or company has ever been excluded, (2) verify that a previous exclusion has been terminated and (3) to determine when a record was deleted from the current list of exclusions. The Archive Menu can serve many purposes depending on the user’s need.
