What is the general delivery process?
Orders are processed as soon as your credit card is cleared for payment (usually within 2 business days). Orders are then shipped to the ship-to address on your order. Delivery is guaranteed between 8-10 business days after cleared for payment. Our warehouses are in California and New Mexico so delivery is usually sooner to locations closer to the warehouse. Orders shipped from our warehouse can be delivered in 7-10 business days from date of order (see shipping rate chart). Items personalized or shipped direct from our suppliers may require 3-4 weeks for delivery. Items ordered together are sometimes shipped separately. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Credit card orders are charged only as each item is shipped.
We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Standard delivery fees for shipping and processing are located on the order form or can be viewed from the online shopping cart. Allow 7-10 business days from receipt of order for delivery (see shipping and processing rate chart). If there is any delay, you will be notified. Items that are personalized or shipped directly from our vendor may take four to six weeks for delivery. Items ordered at the same time may not be shipped in the same box, or depending on availibility, on the same date. If delivery is to a foreign country, please ask for exact charges when you place your order. Please supply a street address for delivery. We ship USPS only to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
