What is the Hope Lodge and Lexington Foundation Volunteer Center?
The Hope Lodge is a facility located on the UK campus (near Commonwealth Stadium and the Ronald McDonald house) that houses (free of charge) eligible patients who are receiving cancer treatments at area hospitals, clinics and doctor’s offices. The Volunteer Center is an office building adjacent to the Hope Lodge and houses the American Cancer Society and The Lexington Foundation, Inc. The Volunteer Center is named “The Lexington Foundation, Inc Volunteer Center”. Our new, and permanent, address is 1504 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
