What is the Housing Situation for Intro Participants?
Married couples and families are responsible for finding their own housing arrangements. Singles may apply for accommodations in IHOP Atlanta’s intern housing condominiums. Housing for single Intro participants is only offered if there is space available and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The IHOP Atlanta condominiums residents are grouped by gender. Each condominium is fully furnished and will accommodate between 6 to 8 individuals. Residents who are participating in other IHOP Atlanta internships will be under the supervision of Resident Assistants, but RA’s will not be provided for Intro participants. All those in IHOP Atlanta housing will be expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the Housing Department, which will include regular inspections of each residence. Alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted.
