Global Help On Demand is an application developed by TutorPro, that enables companies to embed dynamic customized help in its software applications. The integration with UniversitySite allows content in UniversitySite to be launched from Global Help. For example, it would be possible to notify users of relevant eLearning in UniversitySite when they select the ‘Page Layout’ tab of the ribbon in Word.
