What is the JOEH? How is it different from the AIHA Journal and Applied Occupational and Environmental Hygiene?
The Journal of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene (JOEH) is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal produced jointly by ACGIH® and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). These two associations came together in 2003 and decided to work together to create a stronger journal for the occupational and environmental health and safety profession than either could do alone. The AIHA Journal was the official journal of AIHA; it ceased publication at the end of 2003. Applied Occupational and Environmental Hygiene was the official journal of ACGIH® and also ceased publication at the end of 2003.
