During the Online Round Judging (TBD) 2009 each Innovation Plan will be judged by three to five individual judges. Judges are provided a scorecard which is used to quantify Innovation Plan concepts. Based on an average of all scores received, the Top 10 Teams for the Final Round will be selected by ranking the average scores of each team and taking an equal number of teams from the highest-scoring plans for each sponsor to move forward to the Final Round.
