What is the Mansion Heights Homeowners Association?
It is a non-profit association which holds title to, maintains and protects the project’s integrity. This includes its common areas, such as the entrance, intersection, and boulevard landscaping, the trail system and other dedicated open spaces. Its purpose is also to give homeowners a participatory role in the management of their neighborhood. The annual dues are approximately $150/year.
