What is the maximum contribution for a project under the firm component?
a. The maximum contribution by CATIP for a project under the firm component is up to 50 percent of eligible costs, up to a maximum of $100 000. b. Stacking of Assistance: The total domestic government assistance (federal, provincial and municipal) for a project under the firm component of CATIP will not exceed 75 percent of the eligible costs. [Examples of other forms of federal assistance in addition to CATIP could include Program for Export Market Development (PEMD), Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) or Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED)].
