What is the maximum fence height, and can a fence be installed on my property line?
A fence can be up to six feet tall when located in a side yard or rear yard, and up to four feet tall when located in a front yard. And while the Borough does not require a fence to be setback from a property line, the Borough strongly recommends installing your fence at least one foot removed from the property line.
