Unions proposed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that recognizes your rights to: * Certainty about your rights at Telstra. * Clarity about what the changes in Australia’s workplace laws means for you. * Advice and representation and access to your union representative. * A more positive and constructive relationship between Telstra and your unions. It might help to think about the MoU not as a document or as an agreement, but as a symbol of a better way forward for Telstra staff, their union representatives and HR management who sets pay and conditions.
