What is the Message Inbox?
The Message Inbox is a souped-up version of the Chatterbox that will display all of your private messages on a single page with fancy options to make replying easier and less prone to typos. To delete a message from your Message Inbox simply check the box on the left side of the writeup (below the “delete” column header) and click the “submit” button (same effect as the “talk” button in the Chatterbox nodelet. Another feature of the Message Inbox is the ability to organize messages by groups. If you’re in edev or other usergroups, you can switch to just those messages using links that show up once you enable the “Sort messages by the usergroup the message is for” checkbox at the top of the page. This can make reading the messages in their context much easier.
