There is a $36,000 fiscal year (Oct-Sep) ECHO benefit cap that applies to ECHO Services that may include: • Training • Rehabilitation • Special education (i.e., Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy) • Assistive technology devices • Institutional care • Certain transportation • Autism Demonstration Benefit cap applies for each beneficiary in a family. The benefit limit for ECHO (except ECHO Home Health Care and Rehabilitation) services is $36,000 per fiscal year. ECHO Home Health Care (EHHC), including EHHC-Respite, is subject to a separate benefit cap not to exceed the daily equivalent of the highest annual Skilled Nursing Facility Resource Utilization Group (RUG) for each day the service is delivered.
