mpu_node.exe (on Win32) and mpu_node (on Linux) is a standalone version of the MPU renderer that will only work on slave node PCs. It receives rendering commands and data from the MPU renderer on the master node PC. It also sends mouse events back to AVS/Express Multipipe Edition on the master node when the mouse is used in a slave’s render window.
