What is the Navy’s policy on homosexuality?

0

A. The current policy is the result of law, Title 10 United States Code, Section 654 enacted by Congress in 1994. The Navy does not and will not ask a service member about his or her sexual orientation, nor are service members required to tell anyone in uniform their sexual orientation.
