The maximum attachment size is 15 MB. The maximum message size limit for incoming/outgoing email routing through Mirapoint, Cezanne, and/or OCS is now an exact 15 MB. This limit is the total message size: the text and any attachments. Please keep in mind that the process of attaching a file to an email message causes the file size to grow due to MIME encoding. File sizes usually grow by a third, give or take. An 11 MB file may grow to over 15 MB and cause the message to fail, etc. The client informs the sender that the message was not successfully sent.
