The ASMI fourth quarter 2008 operating results are scheduled to be reported on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. The investor conference call is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2009. Investors can access the call “live” on the Company’s web site, www.asm.com or by phone. The dial-in numbers are provided in the earnings release and in a press release announcing the investor call. This latter release is issued 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event. A replay of the conference call is available on the Company web site for approximately 2 weeks after the call.
