What is the paid time off policy at Handango?
As a way to ensure that our employees take ample time to recharge, full-time employees are granted 3 weeks (15 business days) paid vacation leave per year which begins accruing on day one of employment at Handango. After just three months, employees may begin taking advantage of accrued vacation benefits. Additionally, employees accrue 12 sick days per year, which are eligible for rollover from year to year for a maximum of 30 days. On top of sick and vacation time, Handango grants 15 paid holidays per year!
