Gaia Herbs uses 190 proof distilled alcohol derived from corn and wheat. This alcohol is certified gluten free by the manufacturer and tests at less than 3PPM for gluten. We also use 190 proof certified organic GMO-free corn derived and sugar cane derived alcohol for all products that are listed as certified organic in organic alcohol. Our products are vegetarian and yeast free. Wild Oats Milky Seed, is now considered gluten free, if there is no cross pollination or contamination with gluten products during processing. The Oats are grown on our certified organic farm and there are no wheat fields in the area, there is also no cross contamination with gluten containing products during manufacture.
