What is the Post Secondary Graduate Employer Supplement?
It’s a government of New Brunswick initiative created as a way to invest in the future workforce of the Province by helping employers keep post-secondary graduates in the Province. Essentially, this may make hiring you more appealing to an employer as the government will help pay your wage!
