What is the priority of accepting stranded passengers?
For scheduled flights, priority is given to passengers with confirmed booking on the date of flight. Followed by stranded passengers with special needs i.e. medical, elderly and passengers with infants and young children and it will be on a first in-first out basis i.e. passengers who have been stranded on the 15th will be given priority.
