The Open space in the Layout is normally for the use of the resident in the Same Layout. However the open space can be handed over to a social working Institute for maintenance on the terms and conditions prescribed by NMC. On approval from the Standing Committee the open space can be handed over Subject to concern from all (100%) plot holders in that layout.
