What is the procedure for returning faulty garments?
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty due to materials or workmanship please contact us immediately and let us know your full name and address, the item you are returning, and why the item is faulty. Also let us know whether you want to exchange the item for a new one, or whether you would prefer a refund, then send it back to us via the address on our contact page (we will refund the price of your return postage upon recieving the garment), you must also include a note with the garment telling us your full name, address and email so we can identify you. Please note; If you choose to exchange a faulty garment, it may only be exchanged for one of the same colour/size/style. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
