What is the process for documenting unlisted phone numbers?
Hello. When phone numbers are entered, you will notice an option to set whether the number is listed or unlisted. Then, when running reports such as the church directory or church phone book, in the settings tab of the report, you will see an option for whether to include the unlisted phone numbers or not.
