What Is The Process For Upgrading To iListen 1.7.x or higher?
IF YOU ARE UPDATING TO 1.8 FOR LEOPARD If you purchased 1.7X you are entitled to a free upgrade to 1.8. Please follow upgrade instructions. SCENARIO ONE You purchased AFTER March 31, 2006 (on or after April 1, 2006) and received version 1.6.8 or later. You are entitled to a free upgrade. Here’s how to get it: • If you have not already done so, you need to register the version you have. To do this, launch iListen and select “Enter Activation Code” from the Edit menu. • If you purchased your software from us, we need an order number. Your order number will be a four or five digit number, such as “12345.” If you did not purchase from us, we need you to fax your proof of purchase to us at (603) 251-0286. Please make sure your name is clearly marked on the fax, along with the phrase “Proof of Purchase for free upgrade.” You may also send us a PDF of a scanned proof of purchase in a reply to this email if you prefer. • Establish an account in our online store if you have not already done so.
