What is the proofing process?

The proofing process is done in 2 stages. First, your files are submitted to our designer, who checks to make sure all the templates are the correct size and that everything is suitable for pre press. Providing there are no major layout problems with the way your files are set up, we send a low resolution PDF via e-mail so that you may double check that there are no spelling mistakes, grammar issues, etc. At this point, you have one opportunity to make minor changes before another art fee is charged. Another set of proofs will arrive in your inbox a few days later. These PDFs come directly from our print department and serve as a last chance to make 100% sure that everything is to your satisfaction. These are also called Emergency Proofs, as it is too late to make changes without incurring another Digital Pre Press Set Up fee, but gives you a last look before the files go to print. Its important to be meticulous on both sets of proofs as your approval means youve accepted responsibilit
