What is the purpose of the Property Maintenance Code?
To protect public health, safety and welfare of the community. The International Property Maintenance Code governs a minimum standard of maintenance, appearance, conditions of all properties including but not limited to overgrown grass, weeds or noxious growths, inoperable vehicles, appliances, fencing, sidewalks etc. of residential and non-residential premises.
